Dream goals passions and gifts
I believe in miracles, everything is coming together, you have none to fear bare fear itself, so don't fear, you have to recognise something good in you and worthy of a good life. That is something no one can do for you or anyone, that is something a gift can do for self. Its like you found a candle in you that is going to shine bright, never forget it,
Part of a poem I wrote.... its goes like this
I am the spark that lights up the world that seems so dark, and all it is, is through the heart.
Never forget the drive that got you there, and to keep that drive in your heart always, it's easy to forget that we can make good changes in our lives especially when going gets tough, or may be gets tough when we forget.
Our dreams and gifts
You were given the dream because you love it, the more you love something the better it becomes, so find the joy of it again and put more love in it and it will reward you, more joy you find in it, find new ways of being the best you can be. But get past the belief that you deserve little, because you will only get what you believe. And if you see an opportunity to go on a talent competition or any other go for it, believe in yourself and the love with what you do. And if you don't win it doesn't mean you failed just keep going for it and loving it, and the more you will find opportunities come your way.
There is a good feeling doing more towards what you love.
A friend I know has a dream his kept alive for so long, It is a yearning, he has put a lot of passion into it, his music, but some part of him had put his dreams in the back burner as if it was only a dream. We all hold some sort of dream and passion, and fear of may be failure, may be not feeling good enough, can keep our dream’s in a hidden part of ourselves, and if we keep resisting that passion for our dreams we can almost just shut that door on ourselves. Until one day we pick it up again, open that door and add more enthusiasm and hope to it.
When is it to late to pick up back into your passion and dreams?
While you are still (living and breathing) it's never to late, and the drive that got you there is always there, and can be some how stronger, and water it with more passion and love can become more magic. If that is something you want, and you would like to continue then add faith and passion.
Faith and words to keep close to your goal/heart
*Everyone has some sort of passion, those who succeeded never gave up. Why give up something you love?

*Each day I feel clearer and my path clearer, the path to my passion/goals is the path to happiness and I just feel happy doing more towards it.

(have you noticed those who do timed competition’s such as swimming, can beat their own score, and beat it again, the more repetition, the more they improve.
*Try not to compare yourself with others. When you don’t do so great, you could lose drive if you feel you don’t do as well as someone else. Just do your best.
*Remember the old quote: Rome wasn’t built in a day. So don’t go doing it all at once and wearing yourself out.
*One step forward, brings you closer, keep looking forward keeps you headed in the right direction.

There is another way some people are good at, (imagining the worse) and it really drives them out of their dream and fizzles your faith in what your doing. So always to note to yourself to imagine the best.

You are the one you are looking for, you are the answer
You are the one you are looking for, you are the answer, you are the magic. There are so many teachers showing you your greatness, but only one can open the door, and that is you, people can show you how to believe in yourself, but only you can decide to believe in yourself.
One thing I have found is, what you repeatedly do becomes a habit. One habit that was hard for me to break from was smoking, it has been three years and am so glad to be free from that habit. It can be smoking or any other habit, some habits can seem they have power over you, but there is something in you that has more power to over come anything.
There was a good friend I met, I didn't realise he was a teacher at the time, "teacher", as in anyone who inspires and teaches you to be better. Anyone can be your teacher, your parents, schools, quotes, someone, anything that inspires you, to do well, be better.
This friend was studying Buddhism, what he kept motivating and inspiring me to do was meditation. This is the best daily habit I been doing or when I can.
You want peace, happiness, all those are in you, when you learn to meditate, you start to realise peace is attainable on earth, probably not all at once, but you do realise how habitual thoughts are. If there is one thing good you learn in this life, is that peace and happiness is attainable, and its within yourself, when you find peace with yourself, you find peace in life.
There is probably 101 tutorials to do meditation. Here's a simple one, to sit cross legged hands on knee's, eyes closed. Just sit in silence, awareness of breath. Sometimes if your mind can't be silent is to smile, I find its good energy to smile and something to keep me focused on. Some can sit for hours meditating, but as long as you can do 5 minutes that is more then enough. Just a little meditation can give a calm mind.
What is this magic, this power in you? When you find this inner peace in you, you start to shine, you realise you don't need to be no yoggi meditating on a hill top, to find peace, you don't need to find happiness in someone else, when you find this inner zest in you, you are the power, the passion, you are the driving force.

What is it you love to eat? When you enjoy a fruit like say a "nectarine", and you are enjoying the sweetness and nutritious good taste, that is not the fruit who is doing that, those wonderful enjoying moment is from you, not from the nectarine, mmm ahh delicious, you will never hear that from a nectarine, you are the one who finds the joy in each moment, I hope I gave Prem Rawat justice how he explained things lol

Feel tired, feel flat, drained
Feel tired, feel flat, drained.....
Do you ever get like that?
I used to feel like that, tired sluggish, wonder what is wrong with me, maybe getting old, I'd check for white hair, arg where did that come from, another one, yikes. Old? I am only under 30's how could I be getting old. (I am now35)I started to be aware of things. Do you ever see that, someone who is young good looking is only 50 years old, then you see another 50 years old person who looks older then 50 years old looking close to 70-80. You know somethings up with each individual life. Some people seem to handle life fair different then another. When it comes to every ones point of view, one thing can mean different things to other people. Say earth, some will all drive to their own view, polluted, is a war zone, some totally passionate about life, some dispassionate. The subject could be anything and we will all hold our own opinion.
What keeps people young and energetic? What creates well being?
When was the last time you had, "You", time? Does spending time on yourself make you young?
When I was feeling flat, tired, I was too busy helping everyone, when you are a mum or someone with so many things on their plate or responsibilities, you feel tired so many things to do, need to help them or do this, over scheduled, feeling like you are in a rat race, no time.Some days you feel flat, edgy, snappy.
When was the last time you sat down and enjoyed that cup of coffee, took that time for that nice luxurious bath, wrote that poem you wanted to do, just went out and had a good time, go fishing, took time to watch the stars or sunset, took the time to do that thing you always want to do, whether it is watching that movie or read a book. When you look after yourself, and treat you good, you don't feel so empty, when you are giving so much to everybody and not enough to you, you run dry, you feel very tired and little to give. You can start blaming things, its the weather, it's the kids, the husband, the boss, neighbour and their dog, worry of the news, the family drama, you blame those around why you don't feel so good.
But you are the number one person who can make time for you, so next time you don't feel so great or feel tired headache, stop and take time for yourself, it will do you a load of good, just to take that time to enjoy something. You know when you are on track when you got loads of energy and smile more, and feel great.
Being a mum I realised I ran myself dry, you are no good to anyone when you have nothing to give, but when I gave to me, looked after me I had so much more to give plus more. When you give to yourself, you always feel young, energetic. Never let yourself run dry.

Free to create
I should write things down when I get inspired to write, sometimes I get like that, flood of what to write and if I had not written it down, I let it go forgotten, what was I thinking? Not all the time some times its plain in your face drive to write, soon as possible will type it out. Just great to let it go, put it out there. Why keep things to yourself, share it, who knows who will be interested, or inspired whether it be a novel in your mind, your mind is like a creative tool, it is helpful to you when you need it. Your mind is forever expanding when you use it, my daughter surprises me with her excellent drawings, when she gets the urge she draws and wows everyone out, I seen this young girl from drawing stick images to cute Pokemon and other cute pictures, now there is no limit, from animation, to anything she observes, funny thing is it didn't just stop at drawings, anything she decided to create, whether it be clay modelling, origami even hand stitched cute dinosaurs. I think its important all young kids are free to paint and create, who knows the extraordinary power of each individual, when they allow themselves to be free to explore their passion.

What is the meaning of life?
What is the meaning of life? Is it meant to be about struggle and stress or is there something more? This is a funny question, this is not the first time I have asked this question and I will not be the last. A good friend told me a man near a cafe she was at all of a sudden fell down, police and ambulance came, no one knows if he lives. This was just couple days ago, she now feels happy to be alive and realise how short life can be. Today I went for a drive with family, on the way at the side of the road some accident a car was off the road, my husband went to help, see if they were okay. Both men were a little bit rattled, their car had spun three times and were lucky to be alive. A bus going the other way, think two tires had come off, which were not done up properly which went bolting under their car and spun their car off the road, car was a bit of a wreak, both men know they are lucky to be alive, the one man who owned the car was happy he didn't have his wife kids in the car as this was his family car. Some aren't happy about life, some are realising how short life is and to appreciate and hold what is dear.

I like to focus on the good
What creates happiness in me, is focusing on the good, what disempowers me is focusing what is wrong, focusing on the news, lots of silly worries that each day can hold, they are there if you want to look for them. What I find in my life and many peoples lives, we are the one responsible creating our own happiness and well being. If you are feeling stuck, if you feel lack of energy, feeling sick, feel depressed, lack of joy and vitality to life. Well guess what you can turn things around, by everyday your choice, focus on what empowers you. Change your mind and you change your world, new perspectives, show you what you didn't see before. When you view life as constant struggle or lifeless, understand you will have lots of days where you will feel overwhelmed. What if you decide from this moment on, you decide that life is good, what does bring you well being? What makes you feel empowered and feel great? Is there such a path, yes!!!
I like to focus on the good because it makes me feel great, before I had no idea, I had that power, I felt tired and felt like something was wrong with me, I never thought what I was thinking about had any power. But it did have power much more then I realised. My mind gave me tunnel vision of my future, all I saw was nothing good, nothing good happened you know, so on, people struggling in different parts of the world, I was aware of peoples pain, and people shared their struggle, with their life or illness with them or someone else. What I didn't realise was focusing on all these things disempowered me. I had my own beliefs and others had their own beliefs. I had this question seeker inside of me. Is life really meant to be a struggle. Can life be good, this seeker in me found so many questions, but answers to them, but yes little by little I saw the power inside each individual person, the power to create a good life is in you. When you feel empowered, you feel good about life, when you focus on the good, you feel more energy, when you are enthusiastic and passionate about life, life has a whole new light. By appreciating what you do have.

Why wait to appreciate anything till its gone, truly savour and appreciate each thing and person you do have. That's a journey in it's own, you might not realise what you do have, just imagine going without what you have, the people you love, the things that make life comfortable, the food that you eat, the very breath of your life itself. Writing things down holds power write 10 things you do appreciate today, why not make that a daily habit. It is surprising what appreciation does for your life, health and happiness.

Explore your world, explore the power of your own mind, investigate well being, what creates health and happiness in people? How do you make you happy? Does letting go of stress empower you? When you focus on the good more, your life blossom's, you even feel better. If days you don't feel so good, understand the mind is a funny thing, man has a funny habit to dwell on the negative. You only have to watch the daily news to see that. Feeling not so good is temporary, nothing is stagnent things always change, you will not be angry 24 hours 7 days a week, treat each new day as unique and new, be open to new possibilities, new idea's. You don't have to search far and wide for peace of mind, power is inside of you aready. :D

Movies and birthdays
Two days ago was my second oldest daughter's birthday, she turned 15 years old. Today my second youngest son turned 12 years old, and husbands birthday on the 11th March, next Monday, it's a birthday month also kids cousins birthday and good friends birthday also this month, happy birthday to all the March people, all Pisces.

Feng shui and an interesting biography
I had so many feng shui books but never got into it till found this
book, wow this women got me cleaning ovens, fridge, lounge, got me seeing
things I had not thought of, my major is not house cleaning, this
really energised the house, its not about house cleaning and is her own feng shui style and spiritual healing insight, like the heart is the
kitchen, the lounge room is the living area, just really
like how she motivated me, I see
the house as all sacred now as she leaves no dust unturned, every little bit
you avoid shows how your persistent with life, just funny insights from
her book Spiritual Housecleaning: Healing the Space Within by Beautifying the Space Around You.
I have not read many Biographys, this bigography I found really sang out to me, so thought would give it a look. Oprah: A biography by Kitty Kelly. I have only watched parts of three of Oprah's show and also when she visited here in Australia, I love her smile, I really did not know much about Oprah bare trobled pass with her husband, and something about a sister maybe one know one knew she had. Also it interested me that we are the same Chinese year, the year of the snake, I found it unflattering being the year of the snake as I don't feel that is a nice symbol, but felt happy when found out Oprah was year of the snake as she is a dynamic women. On reading the biography, I near fell over when I read it, so much I had not known. I don't think Kitty Kelly left anything untold, all trueths come out. This Biography does not paint a pretty picture of Oprah's honesty. This is quite a thick biography, have not even completed, but in trigued to know more, I don't think Oprah is a nasty person, she has done alot I feel for many. If you have a high respect for this women, may not be one you will be ready to read.
