Healthy
thoughts bring you up, clouded thoughts bring you down, it is that
easy. Observe the mind, and irrational thinking, you have been using
power of mind all a long, be aware what you focus all day long, what do
you think about emotionally, dwell on, see your thoughts objectively,
are they running you, are you running them, is what your focusing on,
something you want more of in your life. I studied cognigtive therapy,
it was then I realised life was running me, my thoughts was running me,
when you realise you are not your thoughts, there is great freedom and
peace, especially coupled with meditation, if you ever catch yourself
getting caught up emotionally about things, step back direct your
thoughts to something else, even write it down and write a rational
response, example~~~~~~~~~I feel tired all the time, nothing works out, I
never have anytime, there is so much stress in my life, I keep getting
sick, I can't deal with this anymore~~~ write down opposite~~~~~~~ I am
tired sometimes, not all the time, most days I do have more energy,
things do work out or work themselves out later on, I do have time
especially when I prioritise my time wisely, or make the time, I don't
stress out all the time, nobody can stress out 24hours/7 days a week, I
sleep, eat and____, I don't get sick all the time some days I feel
better and motivated, some things do work out, I can deal with this and
have dealt with things in the past and lived, question the thoughts that
rule your life, especially past, issues in your life.
