A friend popped in yesterday, a lot of stress going on in their life. Helped share some different views to look lighter on life. Sometimes it's hard for people to see that life can be better, when their feeling stressed. When your feeling stressed be aware of your thoughts, your thoughts can make situations look worse then it is and make you feel stuck. That's why always to look forward, what can you do? What can you appreciate? Instead of feeling stuck you feel motivated.
Was very happy the turkey I cooked last night turned out good, tender and yum and all enjoyed it. Was so hot last night gave kids ice cream cones, kids were very happy, including me. I got to, tame the taste buds, I don't know why but things really taste good lately and can indulge a bit, though am so lucky, never really had to worry much about my weight, even after kids, think a lot to do with all the dancing I did in the past. Exercise and movement is very good for the body. Especially if you enjoy it like dancing. I always try to have breakfast in the morning it's like fuel for the body. It helps bring faster metabolism and keeps you full, so your not likely to look for snacks. I call it battery food, so when am feeling low, sometimes make an odd comment like, "I ran out of batteries," lol, I remember a time in the past in my teens where I was very self conscious of my weight and I kept weighing myself, but some reason I realised that was not good, and actually did bulge a bit, when you concentrate whats not good about you, sometimes the thing you fear, you attract it to you worse. So I stopped that and haven't had a problem since with worry about weight issues.

Would you believe after much frustration, but had this niggling feeling to check, all pictures are there hehe. This nice car I saw today.
