Those days

If you ever have those days when you think life is not great. Remeber you are not alone, many have felt that way and have gone past through it. Just some words to lift your spirits.

Always look for something good always grateful, things are surprisingly different when you think that way.

The power of stress in your body is damaging, just makes you wonder what the power of a happy heart can do for your life and body.

When worrying, you have taken life to seriously. Step back and allow good humour and lighter way of thinking into your life.

Get past the belief that you deserve little, because you will only get what you believe.

Expect good outcomes, imagine yourself smiling and completing your goal, gives you a new sense of drive.

Enjoy life and pay more attention to what you do, with the focus of seeing what you can accomplish, sometimes you can surprise yourself.

When you read peoples positive inspiration, you know they are special. They breath new life into your world.

New focus and new perspectives shows the inner strength in you.

As u do things with more passion and love,surrounding places change, harmony of home and work changes, you change

Those days that get you down, remember they are just thoughts, & thoughts can be changed, no feeling is stagnent 24 hours 7 days a week

When ever I don't feel great the simple words I appreciate, life I appreciate this, him/her for.. appreciation brings peace, calm

What is going right? Write it down gets you moving forward, when you focus whats going wrong doesn't help you and doesn't make you feel good

When we look at the world with wonder and awe, we see possibilities, but with dim eyes only shadows
